Founded in 1971, Mountain Lakes Behavioral Healthcare has been serving both Marshall and Jackson Counties for over 50 years. Our vision is to provide our community with quality behavioral healthcare services that are both comprehensive and cost-efficient. All services provided through MLBHC are certified through the Alabama Department of Mental Health. As of 2025 MLBH is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, giving way to new resources and funding.
