Please bring any insurance information you have, proof of income if you would like to be considered for a sliding‑scale fee, and documentation related to custody or guardianship when applicable. You may also provide any relevant information regarding previous mental health diagnoses and/or inpatient treatment history.
The length of treatment varies based on each individual’s needs and the severity of their concerns. An initial, personalized treatment plan is developed at the start of care and is routinely reviewed and updated as progress is made.

Please bring the following items:
- Casual clothing (7‑day supply)
- Toiletries and personal hygiene items
- Laundry detergent (if a specific type is needed)
- Twin‑size sheet sets, blanket, and pillow
- Shower shoes
- Stamps, envelopes, pencils, and paper
- Unopened tobacco products (if applicable)
- Money for vending machines or approved store trips
- A 28‑day supply of medications with current doctor’s orders
- Hard candy or gum
Weapons are always prohibited at all facilities. Policies regarding personal electronics (including phones) and vaping vary by program type. These items are not permitted in residential substance use treatment but may be allowed during designated times in rehabilitation and residential mental health programs. All electronics (including phone) and vapes are not allowed.
A signed doctor’s order is required for all medications, including prescription and over‑the‑counter medications. Medications must be properly labeled by the pharmacy, signed by a physician or nurse practitioner, and provided with up to a 28‑day supply at admission.
